CraftLineArt products are handmade and made-to-order using 3D printing technology. Because each item is individually produced, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered a natural part of the handmade process, not a defect.
2. Orders & Production Time
Orders are produced after purchase, not shipped from pre-made stock. Please allow [3] business days for production before your order ships. Personalized or customized items (such as embossed names or custom finishes) may require additional production time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Personalization & Customization
Items with personalization (such as custom text, names, or optional finishes like our hand-applied waterproof sealant) are made specifically for you and are non-refundable except in cases of damage, defect, or a fulfillment error on our part. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order, as they cannot be changed once production begins.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. CraftLineArt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
