- A: Lead times vary based on order size and color complexity. As a general guideline, we recommend placing bulk orders at least 6-8 weeks before your event date to ensure ample production and shipping time. With multiple printers dedicated to production, we’re able to scale for larger events — contact us directly for a specific timeline based on your order details.
- Q: Can I ship an order directly to a wedding venue?
- A: Yes! At checkout, you can input the venue address as the shipping destination. Please include the Event Name/Planner Name in the shipping details and ensure the venue accepts early freight deliveries.

Product Durability & Shipping Guarantee
- Q: What happens if an item is damaged during transit?
- A: Unlike fragile traditional glass, all of our specialty centerpieces are precision 3D printed using durable, high-grade PLA plastic. They are inherently lightweight, impact-resistant, and shatterproof, making them incredibly safe to transport to and from busy event venues
While structural damage during transit is extremely rare due to the resilience of our materials, we still fully guarantee every shipment. If an item arrives with any structural defects or shipping damage, simply email or text us a quick photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush out a replacement immediately.

- Q: Can I request a custom color mix that isn’t in the library?
- A: Absolutely. We have a library of over 100 specialty shades. If you need a specific dual- or tri-color blend for a wedding palette, contact us directly and we can accommodate custom runs for approved planner accounts.
- Q: Are the colors perfectly identical to the digital swatches?
- A: Our digital color library is a highly accurate approximation, but screen calibration varies by device. This is why we require a physical 12-item sample kit purchase prior to final wholesale account approval, so you can see and feel the exact color finishes in person.
