Product Durability & Shipping Guarantee
- Q: What happens if an item is damaged during transit?
- A: Unlike fragile traditional glass, all of our specialty centerpieces are precision 3D printed using durable, high-grade PLA plastic. They are inherently lightweight, impact-resistant, and shatterproof, making them incredibly safe to transport to and from busy event venues.
While structural damage during transit is extremely rare due to the resilience of our materials, we still fully guarantee every shipment. If an item arrives with any structural defects or shipping damage, simply email or text us a quick photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush out a replacement immediately.
