Step 1: Order the CraftLineArt Sample Kit ($29)

Choose your vase style, one vase color to evaluate quality and finish in person, and up to 6 color samples from our Full Color Library to help you plan your palette.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Fill out the form with your Sample Kit Order Number below.

Step 3: Review

Once your kit is purchased and your form is submitted, our team will review your application within 24–48 hours.
